Education:  Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:  1 year of relevant experience
  • Personnel Training and Development
  • Employees Compensation/Benefits
  • Leave Administration
  • HR Records Management
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II, SG 8 – Permanent

Education:  Completion of two-year studies in college
Experience1 year relevant experience
  • Procurement Management and Processes
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: CS SubProfessional/First Level Eligibility

3. Certificate of Employment/ Service Records 

4. Certificate of Trainings/ Seminars attended 

5. Performance Rating in the last two (2) semesters preceding this publication (for government employees only)
