Office of Instruction

The Office of Instruction was established to formulate, develop, and evaluate educational policies, plans, and programs with the different instructional units of the university. Formerly known as the Office of Instruction and Quality Assurance (IQA), through the BOR resolution no. 24-2016 and with a recommendation from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), the two offices (Instruction and Quality Assurance offices) officially separated on February 2022, to address concerns related to quality education targeting optimal development of students via a responsive and relevant curriculum.

Together with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Office of Instruction is also responsible for crafting guidelines necessary for proper implementation, ensuring a standardized approach to curriculum development and delivery. In addition to curricular aspects, the office diligently evaluates existing plans, programs, and standards, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with evolving educational needs.

The office also takes charge of the instructional material review, the online organizing of schedules, and supervising regular and summer classes, facilitating the creation of a vibrant and supportive learning environment. The commitment to excellence is evident in the office’s multifaceted approach, striving for continuous improvement in the delivery of its functions contributing to the offering of quality education and service to its clients.
