West Visayas State University (WVSU) welcomed the visitors from Guimaras State University (GSU) for a benchmarking activity on May 24, 2024.

Joining the discussion were the representatives from GSU, spearheaded by Dr. Jonathan Gabion Campus Administrator GSU; Shyra V. Maximo, Planning Officer III GSU; Gail Gwyneth Ronzales, Administrative Officer IV GSU; Felizardo S. Valdez III, Project Development Officer III and Engr. Ruben M. Habaña, Project Engineer.

The discussions centered around efficient space utilization, physical planning, sustainable design principles and management structures, with Dr. Reymund B. Flores, Director of University Planning and Development Office (UPDO).

Both WVSU and GSU now have a solid foundation that will enhance the quality of education and further academic excellence.

This activity aimed to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between the two esteemed institutions.
