    • Employees Compensation and Benefits,
    • Plantilla Preparation
    • Leave Administration
  • Training : None Required

    *Preferably with experience in

    • Policies and Procedures on Appointments;
    • HR Records Management;
    • Retirement Planning Seminar and
    • other HRM related training/seminar
  • Eligibility : CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

Needed Documents:

  1. Transcript of Records/Diploma
  2. Report of Rating/Eligibility
  3. Certificate of Employment/Service Records    
  4. Certificate of Trainings/Seminars attended (for the last five 5 years)
  5. Performance Rating in the last two (2) semesters preceding this publication (for government employees only)
