Associate Dean Atty. Ian Thomas Besana followed with an overview of the project’s planning, objectives and development since its groundbreaking.
WVSU President Dr. Joselito Villaruz and DPWH Region 6 OIC Regional Director Engr. Jose Al Fruto also delivered messages during the program. Dr. Villaruz highlighted the long-term impact of the project, saying, “They are the future prosecutors, judges, public servants, advocates, and community leaders of Western Visayas, and they deserve a home worthy of their aspirations.”
