3. Choose your transaction type, then click Continue. 
4. Fill out the details and select your payment mode (e.g., LandBank, e-wallets, or over-the-counter options). If paying with a LANDBANK/OFBank Debit ATM Account, enter your 10-digit Account Number. 
5. Complete the Captcha and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue. 
6. Input payment details, including OTP and ATM PIN, to process your payment. 
7. View or print your Payment Confirmation Receipt.

The University Calendar for Academic Year 2025-2026 is out!  Please be guided of the Enrolment Period for the First Semester of AY 2025-2026.  Access the University Calendar here.

1. ADMISSION POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS
   1. Applicants to WVSU College of Law Juris Doctor (JD) Program must have obtained a bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences, or higher academic degree from an authorized and recognized higher education institution as prescribed by the Legal Education Board (LEB).
   2. The College of Law Admissions Committee, with the Dean as admitting officer, shall take into consideration the applicant’s scholastic records and abilities, entrance exam results, interview ratings and other relevant factors for admission.
   3. THE WVSU College of Law JD Program shall be a full-time mode of study to be completed in FOUR (4) YEARS.

1. 1. ADMISSION PROCEDURE

      APPLICATION PERIOD: APRIL 8, 2025 to JUNE 6, 2025 until 5:00 PM only

      LAW SCHOOL QUALIFYING TEST (LSQT): June 20, 2025 (Online)

      LSQT Candidate Orientation: June 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM (Online)

1. There are two types of applicants. Applicants must make sure under which type they belong before proceeding.TYPE A. Applicants who do not have an Integrated University Information System (IUIS) account. Applicant who has never been enrolled in the past in any course at WVSU.

   Applicants who have previously been enrolled at WVSU but do not yet have an IUIS account also belong to this category.

   TYPE B. Those who have already an IUIS account because they have previously been enrolled in another course offering at WVSU, including elementary, high school. College and post-graduate course.

1. Type A applicants must accomplish the online application form through the IUIS at the WVSU website by clicking the link.
   Type B applicants must accomplish the downloadable Letter of Intent by clicking the link.TYPE A: Click link here.

2. Applicant should submit to the WVSU College of Law office hard copies of the following documents fastened in long – sized white folder: (Incomplete documents will not be accepted for admission.)
   1. Print out of fully accomplished online application form OR Letter of Intent depending on your classification.
   2. For GRADUATED applicant, Certified True Copy of collegiate transcript of records with GWA or GWA Certification.
   3. For GRADUATING student applicant, certified true copy of grades or a certification of candidacy for graduation (with the notarized undertaking and waiver)
   4. Two (2) recommendation letters (downloadable form) in a sealed envelope coming from any of the following:
      (1) the dean or former professor of the applicant’s last school attended; or
      (2) Employer/ Immediate Supervisor (Current or Previous); or
      (3) Any disinterested person (not a relative by consanguinity or affinity) who knows the applicant well enough to provide a true character reference.The recommender may also send the recommendation letter directly to admission.col@wvsu.edu.ph  Recommendation letters coming from the applicant’s email account will not be recognized.
   5. Proof of payment of admission fee and testing fee
3. Applicants must pay the Admission Fee and Testing Fee (Non-refundable)
   1. Admission Fee (300.00/applicant) will be paid directly to the WVSU Cashier’s office after securing order of payment at WVSU COL Dean’s Office.
   2. Testing fee (₱900.00/applicant) directly to Center for Educational Measurement, Inc. (CEM) prior to taking the test. This amount is inclusive of bank and other applicable charges.
      b.1 Applicants shall accomplish the payment process through this link:  https://tinyurl.com/CEMDragonPayApplicants must accurately enter the required details in the Dragonpay facility as shown below:

b.2 Once payment is successful, the applicants must fill-out the “Proof of Payment Submission Form” through this link: https://tinyurl.com/WVSUCOLPayment2025.

4. Successful applicants must submit to a panel interview scheduled by the Admissions Committee. For graduating student applicants, they must also submit Certification of General Weighted Average (GWA) during scheduled interview.

5. Accepted applicants must undergo and pass the required Medical and Physical Examination to be conducted by the WVSU physicians and dentist.

6. Upon enrollment, the following documents must be submitted to the College of Law Office:

1. 1. Original copy of Collegiate Transcript of Records (TOR) with remarks for evaluation/reference purposes only;
   2. Original copy of Transfer credentials/Honorable dismissal;
   3. Original copy of NSO/PSA authenticated Certificate of Live Birth and Certificate of Marriage, if applicable;
   4. Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from the college/ university (last) attended;
   5. One (1) piece of 2″x 2″ I.D. picture with white background;
   6. Result of Medical and Physical Examination

7. Accepted applicants are considered officially registered only upon payment of at least FIFTY (50%) PERCENT enrolment fees

The West Visayas State University Non-Teaching Personnel Organization, Inc. (WVSU-UNPO) will hold a 2024 Special General Assembly & Fellowship today, December 16, 2024, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.  

In accordance to Pres. Memo No. 24-374, please be advised that all non-teaching personnel from Main and CAF campus will be off-duty this afternoon.

Thus, all concerned are required to log-in/log- out in the morning and log-in in the afternoon.  Heads of offices/units should maintain a skeleton workforce (JOs/COs) to ensure that university services will not be hampered.  Please be guided accordingly.
