Training and Development Committee Conducted a Team Building

The Training and Development Committee of the West Visayas State University Medical Center conducted a Team Building last May 30-31, 2013 at Goducate Training Center, Brgy. Sto. Angel, San Miguel, Iloilo.

The objectives of the endeavor were to develop harmonious relationship among the employees as well as to improve their productivity, increase their motivation and encourage their creativity together with their colleagues.

The participants were from the Administration and Finance Services. They enjoyed the learning experience and gained insights from the competent resource persons namely, Fr. Joel R. Eslabra and Mr. Jerome R. Eslabra. They humorously discussed the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and 6 Thinking Hats.  They also introduced games/activities that enabled the participants to brainstorm, show their creativity, display teamwork and share so much fun together.

The participants went home with a happy heart, a smile on their faces, a new set of friends, a positive outlook in life and a strong conviction of translating the learnings that they have as they deliver excellent service to the public.
