The NSO Volunteer Training Program is a post-graduate training course for Nurses and Nursing Aides. It aims to bridge the gap between the academe and actual practice in the hospital setting. In line with the Medical Center’s primary thrust, to teach and train, the training program aims to offer a venue wherein graduate Nurses and Nursing Aides can apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they have acquired in school. With the belief that practice makes perfect, the Training Program strives to positively nurture and supplement the trainees’ inherent as well as acquired KSA’s in preparing them for future employment. Thus, enabling them to become a more responsive and productive members of society.
