Dr. Joselito Villaruz, representing West Visayas State University and the Philippines, attends the 2nd ARISE Annual Meeting on February 5-8, 2024 in Tokyo, Japan. The meeting focused on network strategies and scientific directions. Participants will also actively engage in the 4th International Symposium for clinical research and trials.
